Sunday Brunch viewers feel sick as they say chef served raw chicken to guests
Sunday Brunch viewers all had the same complaint after chef Julius Roberts cooked up his tarragon chicken for the Channel 4 guests.
Julius was on talking about his smallholding and book, The Farm Table, and to show off his culinary skills. He asked host Simon Rimmer what part of a chicken he liked, and he said it was the thigh.
As Julius carved up the chicken he'd cooked, though, viewers took to X, formerly Twitter, to share their concerns. A number of Channel 4 viewers believed that the chicken still looked "raw" or "pink".
