I ordered my dream dress from Boohoo for a night out… but when it arrived it didn’t even cover my bra or knickers
A FASHION fan who turned to Boohoo to find her perfect dress for New Year's Eve was left disappointed when she tried it on, to find that it didn't cover her bra or knickers.
Kara Hall shared a video on TikTok as she explained the situation, revealing she'd ordered a plunging black sequinned wrap dress from the fast fashion site for just £8.
And while the dress looked stunning on the model on Boohoo's website, when Kara tried it on she quickly discovered that the gapes were so large that her entire body was on show.
"What do I do?" Kara captioned the video, before adding in the comments section: "Raise your hand if you’ve been personally victimised by Boohoo?"
Her video was enough to put other people off of buying the dress, as one person wrote: "Removes from basket."
Another woman explained she'd had the same issue when ordering the dress.
"Noooo wayyy I ordered this and it looked the exact same on me I was mortified! I had to send it back," she wrote.
"Explains why the model is stood so strange," another person commented.

Despite the error, Kara decided to try and make the dress work for her occasion, and stitched the gaping areas to make it fit.
"I just unstitched it at these two points, crossed it over further so it covers my body and stitched it back up," she explained in another video showcasing the new look dress.
"Awesome fix, looks great on you," one person commented, while another added: "Stunning! If only it came like that."
"Look gorgeous now! Wow @boohoo didn’t know u had to diy the dresses to fit," someone else cheekily wrote.
